New Patients

You can expect to be greeted with respect and courtesy by our friendly and helpful staff.

You will be asked to complete a few forms so that you can accurately share with the Doctor your current state of health.

Our new patient paperwork can be downloaded from our website. If you are able to print out the new patient paperwork and bring it with you to your appointment, we will be able to consult with you more quickly and reduce your waiting time. If you have any questions please call our office.

You will then be given a tour of our office, which has been designed to reduce the time involved in the routine office visit.

The Doctor will consult with you to further evaluate your health and to determine which type of evaluation and examination procedures will benefit your specific needs.

Your past and present health histories as well as your examination findings will be thoroughly reviewed. Treatment recommendations will be made and all finances will be discussed before starting care. We will work with you to make it affordable.
